the latest installation in the acclaimed Reflective Nature series, featured within the breathtaking landscapes of Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. Located just 70 km from Córdoba, this natural haven, renowned for its striking limestone formations, ancient oak forests, and remarkable karst landscapes, served as the perfect canvas for this evocative work.

Concept Overview

Reflective Nature was a thought-provoking series that artfully integrated highly polished metal spheres into natural settings. These spheres, mirroring the environment around them, were not just art objects but symbols—highlighting the delicate and often precarious relationship between nature and human intervention. By placing these spheres in both pristine and compromised landscapes, the series invited viewers to engage in a dialogue about ecological footprints and the pressing need for environmental stewardship.

The spheres’ reflective surfaces created an immersive experience, drawing attention to the intricate interplay between ecosystems and human actions. Whether set against untouched wilderness or areas marked by environmental degradation, these installations compelled reflection on both the beauty of the natural world and the consequences of neglecting environmental responsibilities.
